China Electric Equipment Group is formed by the reorganization and integration of China XD Group Co., Ltd and State Grid Group Corporation’s subsidiaries such as XJ Group Corporation, Pinggao Group, Shandong Electric Group, NARI Hengchi, NARI Telstar, and Chongqing Borui, which is the State-owned key enterprise supervised by Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council directly.
